Speculative House Building
We have an established history of speculative house building. One example is the development of a plot of land with planning permission to build four natural stone houses in West Yorkshire. The project involved large-scale excavation and footing works with reinforced concrete retaining structures. The houses consist of four bedrooms, a house bathroom, two en-suite bathrooms, kitchen, living room and a large utility room - all connected with a large spiral staircase over three floors.
Nest Egg Developments were commissioned to construct a natural stone five bedroom house in the outskirts of Leeds. Using our extensive building knowledge and continually growing team of tradesmen, we built the project to both budget and timescale.
