Nest Egg Developments undertook a large scale refurbishment of a dilapidated mill and converted it into a snooker hall, bowling alley, large bar, commercial kitchen and restaurant. The project was completed from start to finish in 3 months.
Phase 1 – Structural Works
Nest Egg Developments won a tender to carry out the first phase works of a retail fit out. This involved major structural works (steel erection, demolition and under pinning) to transform a former employment centre into an open plan retail unit.
Timescales were of paramount importance and the project was successfully managed to ensure that the programme was met.
Phase 1 – Indian Restaurant - Structural Works
Nest Egg Developments won a competitive tender to carry out the first phase works of an Indian restaurant in a city centre location. This involved large structural works including propping and needling with the erection of massive steel beams and pillars.
Office Fit out
Nest Egg Developments were commissioned to convert a building in a town centre location into numerous offices with kitchens and WC facilities.
The office fit out included intercom systems, networking points, complex alarm systems and suspended ceilings.
