Nest Egg Developments is a growing but well established company who undertake all manner of construction projects including speculative housing, commercial refurbishments and numerous large and small scale domestic projects. The value of domestic projects ranges from £10K to £500k and the commercial projects range from £20K to £600K
Nest Egg Developments is run on a day to day basis by the four Directors Ben Manning, Richard Tonks, Graham Ball & Ian Kitching who form a young, dynamic and very experienced management team who are pushing the company on to bigger and better things. They oversee a continually growing team on a number of projects at any one time, with each project being allocated its own dedicated team. Where/if required, these teams consist of a project manager who oversees a number of joiners, bricklayers, roofers, electricians, plumbers, plasterers and apprentices (and, for larger schemes, steel fabricators and demolition teams).
Nest Egg Developments also employ estimators and a quantity surveyor for larger projects, who liaise closely with clients and architects to ensure that budgets and timescales are adhered to.
